Gene Hoyt – Bio

Vision: To reach everyone we can with The Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to take every opportunity to minister to those in need. To preach Jesus Christ and him crucified, and not some other gospel. To be salt and light in a dark and decaying world. To lift up the name of Jesus, and honor and glorify him in word and deed.

Personal: Married to Karen Mack Hoyt for 40 years. Two children, Celeste Marie Shields, Paul Eugene Hoyt Sr., Son-in-law Sean Anthony Shields, Daughter-in-law Michaela Roberts Hoyt. Four grandchildren, Madyson Elizabeth Shields, Aubrey Elaine Hoyt, Ava Marie Shields, Paul Eugene Hoyt Jr.

Experience:

• Outdoor Evangelism Association 1999-2001 Sharing my testimony and the story of how Jesus changed my life.
• Crossland Outdoor Ministries 2001-2016 Sharing my testimony and the story of how Jesus changed my life.
• Began a Pulpit Preaching Ministry in 2016.
• Licensed and Ordained Minister of The Gospel in August 2017.
• Gene Hoyt Evangelistic Ministries 2017 to Present.

• 22 years of hands on ministry and evangelism training under the direction of Pastors David Fortenberry and Jim Hill.
